NPC Tracker Version 2

A while back someone who downloaded Magic Mouth suggested changeing the tracking cards too make tracking bond level with a paperclip possible. It sounded like a good idea so I said I would do it when I had so free time. It took me a while before I felt like oppening up the project again but I added it today.
